Remarks:	British American Oil Company was founded in 1906. It amalgamated into Gulf Oil during the 1960's. Visible gas pumps were used to showcase the quality and cleanliness of a company's gasoline products. By around the 1970's visible gas pumps were no longer widespread in North America.
